Spend your vacation in our villa San O Moru, which was stylishly and lovingly renovated in 2022, and live your dream of the sea.
You live comfortably in spacious and light-flooded rooms on 240 m². The ground floor has a spacious living room with air conditioning, Internet TV, a guest toilet with washing machine, and a large kitchen that is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The dining area adjoins the open kitchen. Access to the partially covered terrace is possible from all rooms.On cooler days, two artfully designed fireplaces, one in the living room and another in the kitchen, provide cozy warmth.
On the upper floor there are three bright and light-flooded bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, fans and a closet. Each room has its own bathroom, the master bedroom ensuite. One bedroom offers a comfortable single bed, the villa is ideal for 6 + 1 people. All rooms have their own exit to the upper balcony, which offers a fantastic sea view and you can enjoy the breathtaking sunrises.
From the ground floor you can reach the very large, well-kept garden with palm trees, olive and lemon trees, oleander and a cherry laurel hedge, agaves and the lower terrace with rustic seating via a curved staircase. The typical Istrian outdoor grill with a large dining set invites you to linger during cozy barbecue evenings. On hot days, cool off in the spacious pool and enjoy the sun until the evening.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a typical Istrian tavern with very good food. Just a few minutes away are shopping opportunities, beautiful beaches and hiking and walking opportunities.
The historic center of the town of Labin, to which Villa San O Moru belongs, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.Here you will find very good restaurants, historic streets and buildings and a breathtaking view of the Kvarner Bay. Rabac, a lively holiday town right on the water, can be reached in about another 5-10 minutes. Restaurants, bars, cocktails, discos - or would you rather spend a beautiful day on one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria? You are in the right place.
